The Baratta MOD. F9 Marine Fryers are expertly designed for marine use, boasting exceptional strength and durability. They offer easy operation and maximum hygiene, featuring a robust INOX AISI 304 stainless steel structure with a reinforced top, guard rail, and frying wells. The fryers come equipped with a chromium-plated steel frying basket with an insulated handle, and oil-collecting pans also made from stainless steel. Temperature control is managed automatically by a multi-position thermostat with a signal light, while a safety cut-off thermostat with a SOLAS connection ensures additional safety. The fryers also include a drain oil cock, adjustable feet with an anchor plate, and double-wall hinged doors with a locking device. Heating is provided by special armored elements immersed in the oil well, which can tilt for easy cleaning. These fryers meet SOLAS regulations for maritime safety and are available in various models with different capacities and power requirements.
