The Baratta CQS Island Hoods are designed specifically for marine use, featuring a robust AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel construction with a Scotch-Brite finish for durability and ease of cleaning. These hoods are TIG-welded and equipped with a condensation collection system that channels moisture into central and side grooves with folded edges, ensuring maximum hygiene and safety during cleaning operations. They include labyrinth-type, grease-proof filters made from the same high-quality stainless steel, with bottom holes for efficient grease drainage. The filters measure 400x330 mm. Available models vary in size and capacity, ranging from the compact CQS 13/13 with a capacity of 2000 m³/h to the larger CQS 40/15, which handles up to 5750 m³/h.
