The Baratta CPR Marine Electric Pasta-Cooker is expertly designed for marine use, combining durability and efficiency with ease of maintenance. It features a steel carrying structure mounted on adjustable feet, with an exterior made of AISI 304 stainless steel and basins crafted from polished AISI 316 stainless steel for optimal cleanability. The cooker includes a 2 mm thick pressed top, and water loading is managed via a switch on the control panel. It heats water using an armored heating element submerged at the bottom of the well, which is side-hinged and tilting-away for easier cleaning. Temperature adjustment is controlled by a thermostat. The CPR Marine Electric Pasta-Cooker is available in models with varying capacities and power specifications, including the CPR-4E with a single well and the CPR-8E with dual wells.
