The Baratta CPERN2-200 Marine Automatic Electric Cooker is designed specifically for marine environments, featuring a heavy-duty construction with direct heating from armored elements. It includes electronic phases control with a safety lamp, an IP44-rated switch board, and an automatic water level system. The cooker is equipped with an electronic thermostat for precise water cooking temperatures and is built with AISI 304 stainless steel for the main frame and external panels, while the tank is made of 4 mm thick AISI 316 stainless steel. It also offers a removable basket, temporized immersion, lift, and draining capabilities, along with a balanced lid, a 2" drain tap with an insulated handle, and a tank with overflow and starch drain. Additional features include automatic stop in case of water lack and adjustable flanged feet.
