The Baratta CPERN2-150 Marine Automatic Electric Cooker is expertly designed for marine environments, featuring a heavy-duty construction with direct heating provided by armored elements. It includes electronic phases control with a safety lamp, an IP44-rated switch board, and automatic water level regulation. The cooker boasts an electronic thermostat for precise water cooking temperatures and is constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel for the main frame and external panels, while the tank is made of 4 mm thick AISI 316 stainless steel. It comes with a removable basket and a balanced lid, both in AISI 316 stainless steel, and offers temporized immersion, lift, and draining capabilities. Additional features include a 2" drain tap with an insulated handle, a tank with overflow and starch drain, automatic stop in case of water shortage, and adjustable flanged feet. The CPERN2 series supports capacities ranging from 150 to 250 liters.
