The Baratta CPERN-400 Marine Automatic Electric Cooker is engineered for exclusive marine use, featuring a robust construction with direct heating by armored elements. It includes electronic phases control with a safety lamp, an IP44-rated switch board, and an automatic water level system. The cooker is equipped with an electronic thermostat for precise water temperature control and is constructed with AISI 304 stainless steel for the main frame and external panels, while the 4 mm thick AISI 316 stainless steel tank and removable basket ensure durability. Other notable features are the temporized immersion, lift and draining of the basket, a balanced lid, and a 2" drain tap with an insulated handle. It also has a tank with overflow and starch drain, automatic stop in case of water lack, and adjustable flanged feet. The CPERN series accommodates capacities from 150 to 400 liters.
