The Baratta CPERN-250 Marine Automatic Electric Cooker is designed for exclusive marine use, featuring a robust construction with direct heating by armored heating elements. It includes electronic phases control with a safety lamp, an IP44-rated switch board, and an automatic water level control. The unit boasts an electronic thermostat for precise water cooking temperatures and is made with AISI 304 stainless steel for the main frame and external panels, while the tank is constructed from 4 mm thick AISI 316 stainless steel. It comes with a removable basket and balanced lid, both in AISI 316 stainless steel, and features temporized immersion, lift, and draining capabilities. Additional features include a 2" drain tap in chromium-plated brass with an insulated handle, a tank with an overflow and starch drain, automatic stop in case of water lack, and adjustable flanged feet. The CPERN series offers capacities ranging from 150 to 400 liters.
