The Baratta CPERN-150 Marine Automatic Electric Cooker is engineered for exclusive marine use, featuring heavy-duty construction and direct heating via armored heating elements. It includes an electronic phase control with a safety lamp and operates with an IP44-rated switch board. This pasta cooker boasts an automatic water level, an electronic thermostat for precise temperature control, and a tank made from 4 mm thick AISI 316 stainless steel. The removable basket, also in AISI 316 stainless steel, allows for temporized immersion, lifting, and draining. Additional features include a balanced lid, a 2" drain tap with an insulated handle, and a tank equipped with an overflow and starch drain. The unit also has an automatic stop function in case of water lack and adjustable flanged feet for stability. With a 150-liter capacity, it is suited for high-demand cooking and offers options such as an easy tank washing shower and solenoid valve for drainage.
