The Baratta BTAN-300EE Marine Electric Bratt-Pan is designed specifically for marine environments, featuring a heavy-duty construction with AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel. It offers direct electric heating and very high thermal efficiency, controlled by a microprocessor-based electronic system. The unit includes seven adjustable power levels, an electronic control and safety thermostat (50°C - 300°C) located under the tank, and an additional electronic thermostat (50°C - 220°C) with a core temperature probe. It also features electric tilting with a motor reducer, an electric lid tilting system with two-handed safety control, and adjustable flanged feet. Known for its maximum production capacity and flexibility, the BTAN-300EE is easy to use and maintain. The BTAN-EE series ranges from 110 to 430 liters, with this model offering a tank capacity of 315 liters and a total power of 28.0 kW.
