The Baratta BTAN-200EE Marine Electric Bratt-Pan is specially designed for marine environments with its robust AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel construction. It features direct heating and high thermal efficiency, controlled by a microprocessor-based electronic system. The unit includes seven adjustable power levels, a control and safety electronic thermostat (50°C - 300°C) under the tank, and a core temperature probe with an additional electronic thermostat (50°C - 220°C). It also offers electric tilting via a motor reducer, adjustable flanged feet, and is known for its ease of use and maintenance. With a tank capacity of 200 liters and a total power of 22.5 kW, the BTAN-200EE is part of the BTAN-EE series, which ranges from 110 to 430 liters.
