The Baratta BMM-70 Marine Electric Bratt-Pan Tilting With Mixing IP54 is expertly designed for exclusive marine use, featuring robust AISI 304 and AISI 316 stainless steel construction. It provides direct electric heating and boasts exceptional thermal efficiency with a large thick rayed bottom that accommodates acidic products. The unit is equipped with an electronic phases control and safety lamp, an electronic thermostat (50°C - 300°C) located under the tank, and an additional thermostat (50°C - 220°C) with a core temperature probe. It includes adjustable speed mixing with automatic reverse, preventing food from sticking to the bottom, and operates automatically with electric tilting by a motor reducer. With adjustable flanged feet, the BMM-70 is designed for ease of use and maintenance. It has a tank capacity of 70 liters and is part of the BMM series, which ranges from 30 to 300 liters.
