The unit includes advanced control systems with a safety electronic thermostat (50°C - 300°C) located under the tank and an additional electronic thermostat (50°C - 220°C) with a core temperature probe. It also features adjustable speed mixing with automatic reverse functionality, ensuring even cooking and preventing food from sticking to the bottom. The BMM-30M operates automatically, includes manual tilting, and comes with adjustable flanged feet for easy use and maintenance.
