The Baratta BMM-300 Marine Electric Bratt-Pan Tilting With Mixing IP54 is engineered for exclusive marine use, featuring heavy-duty construction and direct electric heating with IP54 protection. It includes electronic phases control with a safety lamp and an electric lid tilting system with a two-handed safety control. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, it features a fully AISI 316 stainless steel tank with a thick rayed bottom, ensuring high thermal efficiency and suitability for acidic products. The unit has an electronic thermostat with a range of 50°C to 300°C, a core temperature probe, adjustable mixing speeds with automatic reverse to prevent sticking, and operates automatically. It also has electric tilting by a motor reducer, adjustable flanged feet, and is designed for ease of use and maintenance. The BMM series offers capacities from 30 to 300 liters, with the BMM-300 model measuring 1650x1255x1070 mm, supporting various voltage options, and providing a total power of 28.0 kW.
