The Baratta BMM-200 Marine Electric Bratt-Pan Tilting With Mixing IP54 is designed for exclusive marine use, featuring direct electric heating and a robust construction with IP54 protection. It includes electronic phases control with a safety lamp and is made from AISI 304 stainless steel, with a fully AISI 316 stainless steel tank that has a thick rayed bottom for high thermal efficiency and cooking of acidic products. The unit offers an electronic thermostat with a temperature range of 50°C to 300°C, a core temperature probe, adjustable mixing speeds, and automatic reverse to prevent food sticking. It operates automatically, has electric tilting by a motor reducer, adjustable flanged feet, and is extremely easy to use and maintain. The BMM series has capacities from 30 to 300 liters, with the BMM-200 model measuring 1500x1065x1070 mm, supporting various voltage options, and delivering a total power of 22.5 kW.
