The Baratta B-200IMR Marine Electric Bratt-Pan is engineered for exclusive marine use, featuring heavy-duty construction and an IP44 protection degree. Made from AISI 304 stainless steel, it includes an adjustable thermostat from 50°C to 300°C and a safety thermostat. The heating elements are stainless steel clad and positioned at the bottom of the pan, which has a large capacity fully radiused design with an iron heavy base. It comes with a self-balancing lid that locks in the open position, a protruding handle for a secure grip, and an electric tilting pan operated by a motor reducer, ensuring maximum reliability and safe operation. Additionally, a water mix tap is available as an optional extra. The B-200IMR model measures 1580x955 mm, has a tank capacity of 200 liters, and a total power of 24.5 kW, compatible with various voltage ratings.
