The Baratta B-120IMR Marine Electric Bratt-Pan is specifically designed for exclusive marine use, featuring a robust construction with an IP44 protection degree. Constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel, it includes an adjustable thermostat from 50°C to 300°C, a safety thermostat, and stainless steel clad heating elements at the bottom of the pan. It is equipped with a self-balancing lid that locks in the open position, a large capacity fully radiused pan with an iron heavy base, and a protruding handle for a secure grip. The electric tilting pan is operated by a motor reducer, ensuring maximum reliability and safe operation. An optional water mix tap is available at extra cost. The B-120IMR model measures 1385x955 mm, has a tank capacity of 120 liters, and operates at various voltages with a total power of 18.5 kW.
