The WhisperPower BeltPower 60224111 is a state-of-the-art, belt-driven generator designed for efficient and reliable performance as a mounted generator for the main engine of your car or boat. Offering both 12V and 24V output options, this generator provides an impressive current range of 90 to 160A, ensuring you have the power you need when you need it.

Product Overview

The WhisperPower BeltPower system includes:

• A super-powerful generator that provides maximum current even at low engine speeds.
• An ASR multi-stage battery charge voltage regulator that optimizes charging performance.
• A comprehensive wire bundle for seamless connection between the generator and the ASR regulator.
• A storage battery temperature control sensor to protect against overheating during charging.

Note: Mounting brackets are not included with the generator. Due to the vast array of engine modifications, it is recommended that users manufacture their own brackets on-site.

Optional Features

For added versatility, optional battery insulators can be used for charging two or three separate batteries, enhancing the system's functionality.

It is advisable to integrate the BeltPower DC generator into your existing engine configuration, allowing you to retain your current DC generators while benefiting from the high-performance capabilities of this new system.

Charging Efficiency

The WhisperPower BeltPower DC generators are engineered to deliver fast and full battery charging, even at low engine speeds. With high currents combined with a three-stage ASR charging process, various battery types—AGM, gel, or conventional liquid batteries—can be charged quickly and efficiently.

The ASR three-stage regulator is also available separately and can be used effectively with Bosch-type generators, offering further flexibility in your power system setup.
