The Whisper Power BeltPower system consists of several key components:

• A comprehensive wire bundle for easy connection between the generator and the ASR regulator.
• A storage battery temperature control sensor that protects against overheating during charging.

Please note that mounting brackets are not included in the delivery. They can be custom-manufactured on-site, as there are many engine modifications and configurations that cannot be anticipated in advance.

Optional Features

For added flexibility, optional battery insulators are available, allowing for the charging of two or three separate batteries simultaneously. Integrating the BeltPower DC generator into your existing engine configuration is highly recommended, enabling you to retain your current DC generators while benefiting from the high output of this generator.

Charging Efficiency

The Whisper Power BeltPower DC generators excel in providing fast and complete battery charging. The design ensures that even at low engine speeds, high currents are available in combination with a three-stage ASR charging process. This makes it possible to charge a variety of battery types—AGM, gel, or conventional liquid batteries—quickly and efficiently.

The ASR three-stage regulator can also be purchased separately, functioning well with Bosch-type generators for enhanced versatility.
