The Cyrix-Li-Charge 12/24V-230A is a high-power relay that manages charging operations in lithium battery systems. It is triggered by the charge disconnect output from a VE.Bus BMS and engages only when multiple safety and voltage conditions are met. The relay protects batteries by disconnecting charging sources when the BMS signals an overvoltage or temperature event. Automatic reconnection, fault indication, and timed disengagement checks ensure reliable and autonomous operation in demanding environments.

Connection Conditions
Condition Requirement Control Signal VE.Bus BMS charge disconnect output must be HIGH Voltage at Charger Terminal ≥ 13.0V or ≥ 26.0V Voltage at Battery Terminal ≥ 2.0V Engagement Delay 3 seconds after all above are met
Automatic Disengagement
- Triggered immediately when BMS signal goes LOW or floating
- Reconnects automatically after 3 seconds when conditions are restored
- Disengages after 1 hour to verify charger is still active
- If charger voltage jumps back to 13.0V+ after test, Cyrix re-engages
LED Indicator Logic
- LED ON: Engaged
- 10s Flash: Disengaged
- 2s Flash: Connecting
- 2s Blink: Disconnecting
- 0.25s Blink: Alarm – over
