The Victron Energy AC Current Sensor (CSE000100000) enables accurate tracking of AC current, power, and energy production from PV inverters in off-grid and hybrid systems. Designed for integration with Victron Multi or Quattro inverter/chargers, this sensor connects via AUX or temperature sense inputs, allowing solar production to be visualized on a GX device and remotely via the VRM portal.

Installation Instructions:

1. Route one AC wire from the PV inverter through the AC Current Sensor ring.
2. Connect the sensor to the AUX or TEMP input of the same-phase Multi or Quattro inverter/charger.
3. Set the power range using the dip-switches on the sensor (select equal to or greater than inverter output).
4. Configure the system using VEConfigure3 software to add the AC Current Sensor Assistant.
5. Ensure the GX device firmware is up to date and the correct system profile is selected.

GX Device & Firmware Compatibility:

• GX device must be connected to the VE.Bus port (not VE.Can).
• Requires inverter/charger firmware version starting with 26 or 27.
• Minimum GX firmware version: v1.30 (latest recommended).

Important Compatibility Notes:

• Do not confuse this sensor with Victron CTR110000500 (Current Transformer 100A:50mA).
• Ensure AUX or TEMP inputs are supported as per product model and serial number.
