Charge Stages

The charging algorithm of the Blue Smart IP65 Charger is designed to extract the best performance from your battery, ensuring optimal health and an extended lifespan. The charger goes through multiple stages, including Bulk (filling), Absorption, Recondition (recovery), Float (recharge or "floating" mode), and Storage. For Li-ion (LiFePO4) batteries, charging occurs in three stages: Bulk, Absorption, and Float.

Recovery of Deeply-Discharged Batteries

Setting itself apart from other brands, the Blue Smart IP65 Charger attempts to revive deeply-discharged batteries by force-feeding them with a low current. Normal charging resumes once a sufficient voltage is reached across the battery terminals.

Easy Battery Connection

The charger comes equipped with both crocodile clips and M8 eyelets, facilitating a hassle-free connection to the battery. Users have the option to leave it permanently connected if desired.

Remote Battery Monitoring

With built-in Bluetooth technology, the Blue Smart IP65 Charger enables users to remotely check the status of the charger and the battery using a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. The VictronConnect app allows for easy configuration of all charger settings.
