Designed to withstand the harshest conditions, the Blue Smart IP67 Battery Charger is completely encapsulated, making it waterproof, shockproof, and ignition protected. Its cast aluminum casing and resin-molded electronics ensure resilience against water, oil, and dirt, providing robust protection for reliable performance in diverse environments.

The Highest Efficiency Ever!

Setting a new industry standard, this charger boasts an impressive efficiency of 92% or better, significantly reducing heat waste compared to traditional chargers. Once the battery reaches full charge, power consumption drops to less than a Watt, surpassing industry standards by five to ten times. This exceptional efficiency contributes to energy savings and prolonged battery life.

Adaptive 5-Stage Charge Algorithm

The Blue Smart Charger features a microprocessor-controlled 'adaptive' battery management system. This adaptive feature optimizes the charging process based on the battery's usage, employing a 5-stage charge algorithm: bulk, absorption, recondition, float, and storage. This ensures precise and efficient charging tailored to the battery's condition.

Storage Mode: Less Maintenance and Aging

The storage mode activates when the battery remains undischarged for 24 hours, reducing float voltage to minimize gassing and corrosion. This prevents electrolyte stratification and sulphation, common causes of early battery failure. Additionally, once a week, the voltage is raised to the absorption level to equalize the battery, enhancing overall battery health.

Charging Li-ion (LiFePO₄) Batteries

Supporting Li-ion (LiFePO₄) batteries, the Blue Smart IP67 Charger employs a simple bulk-absorption-float algorithm, ensuring efficient charging for these battery types.

Protected Against Overheating

Engineered to withstand hot environments, such as machine rooms, the charger is protected against overheating. Output current may reduce as temperature increases up to 60°C, but the charger remains operational, ensuring reliability in challenging conditions.

Two LEDs for Status Indication

The charger features two LEDs for status indication. The yellow LED signifies the charging stage (bulk, absorption, float, or storage), while the green LED indicates power-on status, providing at-a-glance information on the charging process.
