The Victron Energy ASS030520115 is an interface cable designed specifically for VE.Bus to VE.Can communication. It allows seamless integration between VE.Bus devices and VE.Can network.

Please note that this interface cable is not compatible with other VE.Direct products such as Solar Chargers, Inverters, and the BMV-712 Smart.

When used in conjunction with a BMV-702, there are some limitations on the functionality of the AUX function in the BMV. While it can accurately measure the voltage of the starter battery and transmit that data to VE.Can, it cannot transmit temperature and mid-voltage measurements on the VE.Can network.

This cable also enables BMV to NMEA 2000 communication, expanding the compatibility and versatility of your Victron Energy system.
