The VDO A2C59514169 is a high-performance gear oil temperature gauge designed for precise monitoring of gear oil temperatures in various applications. With its robust construction and advanced features, it ensures reliable performance and accuracy.

Installation specifications include a hole diameter of 52 mm (2 1/16 inch) and an outside diameter of 59 mm (2 1/3 inch), with an installation depth of 50 mm. The locking height can be adjusted between 0.5 mm to 20 mm using the Spinlock nut, or 2 mm to 15 mm with an optional bracket. For flushmount installation, an optional kit (A2C59510864) is available.

This gauge operates within a gear oil temperature range of +50°C to +150°C, utilizing a Veratron NTC Thermistor with a resistance of 322.8-18.6 Ohm for sensor signal input. It boasts an accuracy of less than 3.6 angular degrees and connects via a Hirschmann 8 pins MQS connector.

Power supply requirements include an operating voltage of 10 to 32 Volt DC, with a current consumption of less than 140 mA, which includes the warning LED. The device features reverse polarity protection for up to 5 minutes and short circuit protection for up to 1 minute.

The dial and pointer are designed for optimal visibility, featuring a deflection angle of 90°. The dial is black with amber LED backlighting at 605nm, while the pointer is illuminated with white LED backlighting. A red warning LED (632nm) alerts users to critical conditions.

Programming is facilitated through the Veratron USB software kit, and the lens is dual-layered with anti-glare and anti-fog properties. The standard bezel is triangular and black, and it is interchangeable for customization.
