The VDO A2C59514156 is a high-performance cylinder temperature gauge designed for precision monitoring in various applications. With its robust construction and advanced features, it ensures reliable temperature readings for optimal engine performance.
Installation specifications include a hole diameter of 52 mm (2 1/16 Inch) and an outside diameter of 59 mm (2 1/3 Inch), with an installation depth of 50 mm. The locking height can be adjusted with a Spinlock nut from 0.5 mm to 20 mm, or with a bracket from 2 mm to 15 mm (optional). For flush mounting, an optional kit (A2C59510864) is available.
The cylinder temperature gauge operates within a range of +100°C to +200°C, utilizing a Veratron NTC Thermistor with a resistance of 482.5 - 14.3 Ohm for sensor signal input. It boasts an accuracy of less than 3.6 angular degrees and connects via a Hirschmann 8 pins MQS connector.
In terms of power supply, the gauge operates on a voltage range of 10 to 32 Volt DC, with a current consumption of less than 140 mA, including a warning LED. It also features reverse polarity protection for up to 5 minutes and short circuit protection for up to 1 minute, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
