Introducing the VDO A2C5218494780 Coolant Temperature Sender, designed for high precision temperature measurements in a wide range of mediums. With a measuring range of +40 °C to +120 °C, this sender is capable of handling extreme temperatures, with a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum of +150 °C. Its M14 x 1.5 thread size and 24 mm length make it easy to install and use. The sensor diameter is 9 mm, and it can withstand a torque of 20 Nm. The sender can be used with a variety of mediums, including coolant, water, air, engine oil, transmission oil, and fuel. It operates at a voltage range of 6 - 24 V DC and has a resistor range of 287.4 - 22.7 Ohm. The temperature sensor signal is Single-Pole common ground, and it comes with a warning contact. For added safety, you can also opt for the VDO A2C59510886 Makepoint Switch as an optional warning contact. The temperature sender connector is a pinconnector ø 4 mm, making it compatible with a range of devices.
