This temperature sender is built to withstand extreme temperatures, with a minimum operating temperature of -40 °C and a maximum operating temperature of +180 °C. Its 1/8-27 NPTF thread and 22 mm sender element length make it easy to install in any system.
The VDO A2C5218492280 has a sensor diameter of 8.2 mm and a torque of 10 Nm, ensuring accurate and reliable temperature readings. It is also compatible with a variety of temperature mediums including coolant, water, air, engine oil, transmission oil, and fuel.
When it comes to electrical features, the temperature sender operates on a voltage range of 6 - 24 V DC and has a resistor range of 322.8 - 18.6 Ohm. Its single-pole common ground temperature sensor signal ensures a stable and consistent reading. Please note that this temperature sender does not come with a warning contact, but an optional VDO A2C59510886 Makepoint Switch can be added if needed. The temperature sender connector is an AMP Male T-model 6.3 x 0.8 mm, making it easy to connect to your system.
