Introducing the VDO 360-081-030-075C Pressure Sender, a high-performance component designed for accurate pressure measurement in various applications. This sensor is ideal for monitoring pressure in oil, fuel, or air systems, offering reliable performance across a wide range of conditions.
The pressure sender features a measuring range of 0 to 10 Bar, 0 to 145 PSI, and 0 to 1000 KPa, with a maximum pressure tolerance of 30 Bar for up to 2 seconds. It is equipped with an M14 x 1.5 thread and has a thread length of 12 mm with a total length of 20.5 mm including the nut. The recommended torque for installation is 60 Nm.
Operating within temperatures from -25 °C to +100 °C, this sensor accommodates various environments. It operates on a voltage range of 6 to 24 V DC and features a resistor range of 10 to 184 Ohms. The sensor’s output is a single-pole common ground with a warning contact set at 5.0 Bar ± 0.3 Bar. This contact has a maximum switching capacity of 5 Watts and closes with falling pressure.
The pressure sender is designed with M4 AMP Male 6.3 x 0.8 mm 90° connectors for both pressure sender and warning contact connections, ensuring compatibility with various systems and ease of installation.
