The VDO 360-081-030-032K Pressure Sender is a high-quality device designed to accurately measure pressure within a range of 0 to 10 Bar (145 PSI, 1000 KPa). It features a robust construction capable of withstanding a maximum pressure of 30 Bar for up to 2 seconds. The sensor has an M14 x 1.5 thread, with a total length of 20.5 mm including the nut, and a thread length of 12 mm. It requires a torque of 60 Nm for installation.
This pressure sender operates effectively within a temperature range of -25 °C to +100 °C and is compatible with oil, fuel, and air as pressure mediums. It operates on a voltage range of 6 to 24 V DC and has a resistor range of 10 to 184 Ohm. The pressure sensor signal is single-pole with a common ground, and it features a warning contact set at 0.50 Bar ± 0.15 Bar. The warning contact has a maximum switching capacity of 5 Watt for non-inductive loads and is designed to close with a decrease in pressure.
The connector for the pressure sender is an M4 plastic knurled nut, which is also used for the warning contact connection, ensuring a secure and reliable fit.
