The Simrad NSS16 evo3S with C-MAP® US Enhanced Charts is a high-quality display designed for marine navigation. It features a bright and clear screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, ensuring excellent visibility even in bright sunlight. The display has a backlight color of white, providing a clean and modern look.

With a screen brightness of 1200 nits, the Simrad NSS16 evo3S offers exceptional visibility in all lighting conditions. It has viewing angles of 80° top/bottom and 80° left/right, allowing for comfortable viewing from various positions on the boat.

Physically, the display is compact and durable. It is compass safe, with a safe distance of 50 cm (1.7 ft). The dimensions of the display without the bracket are 437 x 256 x 98 mm (117.19 x 10.08 x 3.82"). With the bracket, the dimensions are 462 x 264 x 122 (18.19 x 10.39 x 4.80"). The display can be mounted using the bracket (accessory part number 000-13760-001) or panel mount.

The Simrad NSS16 evo3S is designed to be efficient in terms of power consumption. It has a maximum power consumption of 40 W and is recommended to be used with a 7.5A fuse. The display operates on a supply voltage of 10 - 31.2 V DC.

In terms of environmental conditions, the display is built to withstand various challenges. It is tested and rated to be waterproof with an IPX6 and 7 rating.
