The Simrad NSO evo3S MFD features a 16-inch display with a resolution of 1920x1080. The display offers a high screen brightness of 1200 nits, ensuring clear visibility even in bright sunlight. With viewing angles of 80° top/bottom and 80° left/right, you can easily view the screen from various positions.

Designed for durability, the NSO evo3S MFD is compass safe up to 50 cm (19.7"). Its compact dimensions of 400.1 x 260 x 83 mm (15.75 x 10.24 x 3.27") make it suitable for panel or bracket mounting. When using the optional heavy-duty bracket (000-13547-001), the dimensions increase to 474.9 x 307.5 x 222.5 mm (18.7 x 12.1 x 8.76"). The MFD weighs 3.9 kg (8.6 lbs.), ensuring easy installation and portability.

In terms of electrical requirements, the NSO evo3S MFD has a maximum power consumption of 40 W +- 4 W. It is recommended to use a 6 A fuse with a 12 V DC power supply voltage ranging from 10 to 32 V DC.

The MFD is designed to withstand various environmental conditions. It has an operating temperature range of -15°C to +55°C (5° F to 131° F) and is resistant to shock and vibration. It meets CE, C-Tick, HDMI, EN 60950-1:2006, EN 60945:2002 EN 300 440-2, V1.4.1 standards. The storage temperature range is -20°C to +60°C (4°F to 140°F).

The NSO evo3S MFD has a waterproof rating of IPX6 on the front when panel mounted correctly with only the front exposed. However, the rear is not waterproof.
