The 5G onBoard Plus is an all-in-one ultra-fast internet system for boats, providing 5G connectivity for up to 150 users simultaneously. It is an evolution of the Scout 4G connectivity system, specifically designed and tested in a maritime environment to deliver optimal navigation performance for both downloading and uploading. The system features a brand-new dome with a diameter of 25 cm, made from ASA, weather-resistant and UV-protected, with a sleek and compact design, along with a next-generation router equipped with a dual SIM card system capable of up to 3.3 Gbps, housed in reinforced aluminum and fully remotely configurable via a dedicated app.

With 5G onBoard Plus, your boat transforms into a professional internet connectivity hub, thanks to the specialized fast wireless network (Dual-band WiFi 5) and a super-fast wired network managed by the router's Ethernet ports. All next-generation electronic devices can connect to the internet network: chart plotters, radios, smart TVs, IP cameras, tablets, smartphones, etc. The 5G connection speed enables easy HD streaming on platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, as well as music streaming services like Spotify and many others.

Thanks to the four powerful 5G antennas in the dome, you can maintain a 5G network connection up to 32 km from the coast. In case of a 5G signal disruption, the system is also fully backward compatible with 4G and 3G technology.

The new 5G router has all the technical features of the latest generation, allowing you to create a very fast wireless and wired network on your boat. The lossless cable connection to the external dome ensures optimal router performance, guaranteeing very short download and upload times. Both the setup and remote management of the router can be controlled via a new user-friendly app available for iOS (Apple) and Android.
