The TDT pressure probe is designed to accurately measure the liquid level in tanks. It is a screw-in probe (½') that is installed on the outer tank wall near the floor. By utilizing the hydrostatic pressure of the liquid, the probe is able to determine the current level of the liquid.

This probe is suitable for use with diesel, water, waste water, and sewage tanks. However, it is not recommended for use with petrol, kerosene, or petroleum in EEX zones. It offers a very accurate and reliable measurement with a high resolution of approximately 1cm, even when dealing with surges.

The TDT pressure probe can be used in conjunction with a TCM 4V tank monitor or a CMT 2 tank interface, which is part of the PSM system monitor. The probe provides an output signal of either 4-20mA or 0-10V.

Caution: It is important to note that the TCM4V requires a hardware adjustment for "4-20mA" signal compatibility.
