The Garmin GND10 Black Box Bridge is a versatile device that seamlessly converts data between the Nexus network and NMEA 2000®, allowing for compatibility between Nexus and Garmin products.
With its simple plug-and-play installation, the GND10 Black Box Bridge effortlessly connects Nexus, NMEA 2000, and USB interfaces. No user setup or system configuration is required, making it incredibly convenient to use.
One of the key benefits of the GND10 Black Box Bridge is its ability to enable communication of sailing-specific functions between Nexus and NMEA 2000 networks. PC applications like NexusRace™, Expedition, Adrena, or SeaTrack can easily access and utilize these functions.
The unit has a compact dimension of 170 x 90 x 50 mm and weighs only 196 g, making it lightweight and easy to integrate into your setup. It is also waterproof with an IPX7 rating, ensuring durability in various weather conditions.
Operating within a wide temperature range from 5°F to 158°F (-15°C to 70°C), the GND10 Black Box Bridge is suitable for use in different climates. It has a voltage range of 9-16 V and low power usage of just 0.52 W.
With a compass safe distance of 0.1 m and an accuracy angle that is not applicable, the GND10 Black Box Bridge offers reliable performance without compromising accuracy. It does not support wireless connectivity.
The NMEA 2000® Load Equivalency Number (LEN) of the GND10 Black Box Bridge is 4, allowing it to efficiently handle multiple devices on the network.
