The Digital Yacht WLN30 is a Smart Wireless NMEA to WiFi Multiplexer that expands tablet and iPad integration on the water. It allows you to connect your onboard GPS, AIS, and instrument systems, wirelessly transmitting the data to your tablet or iPad. This makes it possible for compatible apps to display real-time information, transforming your tablet into a full-function navigation display. The WLN30 creates a secure WiFi network onboard, providing data access to multiple devices simultaneously. Popular apps like NavLink, TimeZero, Navionics, AquaMap, iAIS, iSailor, and Seapilot can receive and display detailed AIS target data and other navigation information directly from the WLN30, giving you seamless charting and real-time updates.

The WLN30 features three NMEA 0183 inputs and one output, with the ability to configure baud rates and multiplexing modes through a simple web interface. The data from the three NMEA inputs is multiplexed together and transmitted over WiFi, as well as sent out through the NMEA 0183 output. Additionally, the NMEA output can be set up to forward data from the wireless application, such as waypoint or autopilot information, to other NMEA 0183 devices. The device also supports SeaTalk integration via an adaptor, allowing SeaTalk data to be used with the WLN30 or converted through an iKonvert gateway to connect NMEA 2000 data. With its easy setup, TCP and UDP network protocol support, and bi-directional WiFi interface, the WLN30 is ideal for seamless navigation on any boat.
