Digital Yacht ZDIGSPL2000 - VHF/AIS/FM Antenna Splitter
The Digital Yacht ZDIGSPL2000 VHF/AIS/FM Antenna Splitter is a versatile device designed to simplify antenna setups on vessels. Traditionally, an AIS receiver or transponder requires its own VHF antenna. However, with the SPL2000, boaters can use their existing VHF antenna for both the AIS system, DSC VHF, and even an AM/FM radio. This is made possible through Digital Yacht's patented ZeroLoss™ technology, which ensures excellent reception and transmission performance while eliminating the need for multiple antennas. The SPL2000 is especially beneficial for Class B transponder systems, providing reliable performance without the complications of additional antenna installations.
The SPL2000 features four simple connections: one for the main VHF antenna, and outputs for the AIS receiver/transponder, DSC VHF, and an optional AM/FM radio output. It operates safely with a fail-safe design, meaning that if the unit loses power or malfunctions, the main VHF operation will not be affected. This makes installation and operation simpler than ever. With its waterproof design, the SPL2000 matches the aesthetic of other Digital Yacht products, making it easy to integrate into any vessel's system. It operates on 12V or 24V systems, and its low power consumption ensures long-lasting efficiency.
