Operation is straightforward: users connect to NavAlert's WiFi network using a smart device, then access a graphical interface via a web browser to configure and view alerts and network data. NavAlert continuously monitors the entire network, allowing alerts to be set for any variable. It includes custom alarms for anchor drift and collision avoidance based on AIS data, ensuring reliable notifications.
