Digital Yacht ZDIGGPS160ST - GPS160 Seatalk
The Digital Yacht ZDIGGPS160ST - GPS160 Seatalk is a high-performance positioning sensor designed for marine navigation. Utilizing GPS, Glonass, and Galileo satellite systems, it offers superior accuracy and redundancy for precise positioning. With typical accuracy better than 3 ft and a configurable output rate of up to 18Hz, it ensures smooth plotter track displays and reliable performance even in challenging conditions.
The GPS160 Seatalk model features a SeaTalk interface, allowing seamless integration with compatible devices. It can be easily configured through field programming for various modes of operation, including single GNSS operation and customizable output configurations. Additionally, it includes the Digital Yacht SeaTalk1 to NMEA0183 converter, facilitating easy replacement of older Raystar sensors.
With the inclusion of QuadNav™ technology, this GPS receiver supports GPS, Glonass, Beidou, and Galileo satellites, enhancing signal reception and providing improved time to first fix. Its refined anti-spoofing algorithm ensures robust performance against interference and jamming.
Galileo:
Galileo, the global navigation satellite system, joins GPS and GLONASS to offer mariners a reliable source for positioning. The GPS160 models now support Chinese Beidou satellites, further enhancing signal strength and reliability.
