The Digital Yacht ZDIG4GC - 4G Connect 2G/3G/4G is an advanced 4G (LTE) internet access solution designed specifically for boats. It utilizes state-of-the-art MIMO technology with dual antennas to provide fast and long-range internet access. Featuring a full-function WiFi router, it allows multiple devices to connect wirelessly. Additionally, it includes a wired LAN port and WAN port for connection to high-power WiFi devices or satellite modems.

The standard model comes with built-in antennas, providing good performance while in port. The device is unlocked, allowing users to use a data SIM card from any mobile provider of their choice. For European cruising yachtsmen, the lower frequencies used by the Vodafone network, coupled with competitive European data roaming allowances, offer the best maritime solution.

Operation is simple: just turn it on, connect to the password-protected WiFi hotspot created by 4G Connect, and your device is online for internet access on board. Digital Yacht's booster WiFi antenna can also be connected to the WAN port for a choice between hotspot WiFi and 4G connectivity. The LAN port allows iKommunicate to connect, providing boat NMEA data on the WiFi network for use with navigation apps.
