The Blue Sea 7608 20A BatteryLink® Charger (North America) is a powerful, multistage battery charger designed for use in both docked and off-grid applications. With a 20A output, this charger can charge two isolated battery banks when connected to shore power, using the 3-stage charging process to ensure an efficient and safe charge. Away from the dock, the integrated 170A Automatic Charging Relay (ACR) enables the system to share DC power from the alternator, keeping both the Start and Auxiliary batteries charged. The system also includes advanced features like Battery Temperature Compensation to prolong battery life and Start Isolation to protect sensitive electronics from voltage fluctuations.

One of the standout features of the Blue Sea 7608 is the Emergency Parallel function, which allows the user to remotely combine both battery banks for a jump start if the Start battery becomes low. This capability is a lifesaver when you’re away from the dock and can’t easily access a power source. The charger also includes an LED remote indicator to monitor the charge status at the helm, a snap-on insulating cover for added safety, and secure one-piece stainless flange nuts for reliable connections.
