The Blue Sea 5187 - MRBF Terminal Fuse 200A is designed for optimal protection of large battery banks and DC circuits, ensuring safety in demanding environments. This fuse must be used with Terminal Fuse Blocks PN 5191 or PN 2151 and should not be mounted directly to the battery terminal. The fuse is ignition protected, making it safe for installation aboard gasoline-powered boats, including engine rooms, where hazardous conditions may exist. It also meets ABYC requirements for DC Main circuit protection, providing reliable overcurrent protection in marine applications.
Featuring a 200A amperage rating, this fuse provides an interrupt capacity of 10,000A at 14V DC, 5,000A at 32V DC, and 2,000A at 58V DC. A clear window on the fuse allows for easy visual inspection, making it simple to detect blown conditions.
