The Blue Sea 1991 - PowerBar 1000 12 3/8" Terminal Studs is an essential component for complex wiring systems, designed to consolidate both large and small conductors into a single, efficient connection point. Featuring a 1,000 Amp busbar, this PowerBar provides optimal conductivity and allows for the seamless integration of fuse blocks and conductors. The busbar’s tin-plated pure copper construction ensures maximum conductivity and long-term reliability. Its stepped design offers two elevations for conductors, doubling the wire loom density compared to traditional busbars, while the matching elevations of the busbar and fuse block ensure that multiple fuse blocks can be attached without the need for connecting cables.

Designed with ease of installation and durability in mind, the PowerBar 1000 includes one-piece serrated flange nuts to guarantee secure connections, along with stainless steel 8-32 screws featuring captive lock washers for smaller gauge wires. The busbar can also be easily cut to fit confined spaces. For additional flexibility, bi-directional end caps allow the ganging of multiple busbars. To comply with safety standards, the snap-on insulating cover meets both ABYC and USCG requirements and includes label recesses for easy identification. With a continuous rating of 1000A and a variety of terminal sizes, the Blue Sea 1991 is a high-capacity, versatile solution for your electrical systems.
