Piezo Kit For Rafale Express 4065 Shrink Gun
The Piezo kit for the Rafale Express 4065 shrink gun is designed for straightforward installation. Follow the steps below to easily replace the Piezo igniter.
- Drain the piping and disconnect the device.
- Use the provided 6-point key.
- Unscrew the 4 screws on the gun and remove them.
- Lift the cover using the guard.
- Raise the trigger vertically.
- Remove the pin.
- Take out the Piezo igniter.
- Position the stripped wire in the slot, also reinsert the rigid ignition wire from the back and put back the pin.
- Place the Piezo igniter with the head against the spring.
- Fold the trigger with the Piezo igniter horizontally.
- Replace the cover, aligning the notch with the rear opening.
- Reinsert the 4 screws.
- Tighten until just secure (firmly but not excessively).
- Check the proper functioning: With the device still disconnected from the bottle, position it in a dark area. Ensure that the spark occurs in the brass cup at the center of the burner.
