Njord Zelentech Water in Oil Monitor Overview
Water contamination in fuels and oil-based fluids can lead to various problems such as revenue loss, additive depletion, oil oxidation, corrosion, and more. The Zelen Tech Water in Oil (WIO) monitor is designed to prevent these issues associated with water contamination in oil-based fluid systems.
Featuring measurement ranges including Low Range 0-25% models as well as full cut 0-100%, this monitor offers versatile solutions for different applications. Its construction from 316 Stainless Steel ensures durability and reliability, even in demanding environments.
The Njord Zelentech Water in Oil Monitor is equipped with ports compatible with Screwed NPT, BSP threads, or ANSI, JIS, or DIN flanged connections, providing flexibility in installation. With a pressure rating of 16 bar and a minimum flow requirement of 0.15 m/s, it delivers accurate and consistent performance.
With interface options including 4-20 mA output and RS232 command, along with loop power requirements of 12/24 Volts DC, this monitor offers seamless integration and operation. Its CE marked IP66 housing ensures protection against environmental elements, with optional ATEX certification available.
