The EM emulsifying machine is designed for continuous production and has a capacity of 50 to 3500 kg/h depending on the oil content of the product. It combines emulsification and a high-shear process in one step. Continuous emulsification of the product results in a homogeneous distribution of oil droplets and the desired viscosity. The oil size and distribution are easily adjusted by changing the shaft rotations on the EM. Products: mayonnaise, sauces, sauces.
