Osculati 40.176.40 – Plate for Cleat & Fairlead Modular System
The Osculati 40.176.40 is a dedicated stainless steel base plate for use with the modular cleat and fairlead system. Engineered for full design flexibility, this plate serves as the foundation for assembling bollards and cable passages that follow the specific curves, lines, and style of any vessel. By cutting and drilling the flat sheet to shape, builders can integrate one or multiple Osculati 40.176.02 mushroom modules to achieve a fully custom mooring or cable guide solution at an affordable cost.
This system allows for seamless matching between bow and stern installations, unifying design across the vessel while eliminating the need for expensive one-off cast parts. The mushroom modules can be mounted in any orientation, offering full layout freedom. Osculati also provides full plate manufacturing based on supplied 3D CAD files with external contours and mushroom positioning.
Note: 16 mm fixing studs required for mushrooms (e.g., Osculati 40.142.16), not included.
