The Quick CHC1103 chain counter is designed to enhance your anchoring experience by allowing precise measurement of the chain lowered while activating the windlass to raise or lower the anchor. Drawing from extensive experience in the sailing industry, Quick has engineered the CHC1103 to outperform similar devices available in the marine market.

Each Quick windlass comes equipped with a laps sensor compatible with the CHC1103 chain counter. For other brands of windlasses, the chain counter requires an additional laps sensor kit, which is included. This kit measures the length of chain lowered by counting the revolutions of the gypsy gear that drives the chain. It comprises a cylindrical magnet, a magnetic field sensor, and two plastic adaptors for easy installation. The magnet attaches to the gypsy, while the sensor is fixed to the windlass base.
