The Plastimo 67805 GX1800E is a compact, user-friendly fixed VHF radio designed for ease of installation and optimal performance. This device features a built-in 66-channel GPS antenna and supports an external antenna connection for enhanced signal reception. Equipped with Class D DSC functionality, it can automatically poll the GPS positions of up to six vessels. The radio includes ATIS mode for European inland waters, a Man Overboard (MOB) function, and a 4-key microphone with easy access to channel 16 and high/low power settings. With dimensions of 150 x 85 x 92 mm and a slim rear case of only 55 mm, it offers a sleek design that fits easily into tight spaces. The large 66 x 36 mm screen with night mode provides clear visibility, while three pre-programmed instant access keys streamline navigation. Additional features include time and GPS position display, compass and waypoint navigation, a scan function for favorite channels, dual and triple watch capabilities, and crystal clear transmission thanks to noise reduction technology. The device is NMEA 0183 compatible and operates with an English menu. For a flush-mount installation, the optional flushmount kit (part number 67822) is available.
