The bimini top is crafted from epoxy-coated aluminium with a diameter of 20 mm, ensuring strength and resistance to corrosion. The fabric is made from 100% polyester produced in Italy, known for its high quality, light weight, and excellent dimensional stability. It is treated to be waterproof, UV resistant, mildew resistant, and chemically resistant. High-frequency welded seams enhance both the durability and aesthetic appeal of the fabric, adding abrasion resistance.
The structural tubes are made from white epoxy-coated aluminium, with joints constructed from glass fiber-reinforced Zytel nylon for added durability. The metal connections and buckles are made from stainless steel 316 L AISI, offering superior strength and resistance to marine environments.
Weighing approximately 6 kg, this bimini top can withstand an operating speed of up to 60 km/h (33 knots). It is delivered folded and pre-assembled for your convenience.
The package includes a storage cover for the folded bimini, four lashing ropes, four belt loops, and a nylon oarlock attachment (male and female).
