It comprises a white line in the form of a double loop, a release mechanism, and a special breaking line. Activates at a water depth of 1.50 to 4 meters. Designed for SOLAS liferaft with 4 to 12 persons capacity. Service life: 2 years after installation on board. Maintenance-free. Corrosion-resistant. Dimensions (without Mooring line): 95 x 65 x 60 mm. Compatible with references 40446, 40447, and 40448 only. Two shackles (curved, Ø 8 mm) are provided for installation.
